This project is based in Lahore where the procurement office is located, and the works will be executed on the transmission line infrastructure. The scope includes detailed rehabilitation activities to ensure the line's operational reliability and safety. Bidders are required to obtain bidding documents from the Chief Engineer (Material Procurement and Management) at NGC's office on the 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. The documents are available during office hours upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Payment must be made via pay order, bank draft, or cashier's cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The documents can be collected in person or sent by courier for an additional Rs. 5,000 fee. Alternatively, the bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the NGC website, but purchase of the bidding document remains compulsory for participation. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with e-PADS and compliance with all terms outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure they meet all technical and financial requirements as per the tender conditions. The submission deadline is strictly on or before 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM PST, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-PADS system. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the bidding instructions and ensure timely submission through e-PADS to avoid disqualification.
