Rehabilitation, Addition and Alteration of Police Officers Residences in Punjab

The Communication & Works Department, 3rd Buildings Division Lahore, invites bids through E-Tendering for the rehabilitation, addition, alteration, and missing facilities in Police Officers Residences in Punjab. Contractors must be enlisted or renewed with PEC in category C6 or above with specialization code CE10. Original PEC license with relevant specialization codes is mandatory. The procurement process is through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents including technical and financial bids must be submitted online. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 8,00,000/-) must be submitted via 1-Link or Online Bank Transfer through PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System website. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
