Rehabilitation of Admin Block at Nawabshah Airport

The Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI), Hyderabad under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the Admin Block at Nawabshah Airport, Sindh. This procurement is for civil, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary works as part of the FY 2026-27 development plan. The project involves comprehensive building rehabilitation including dismantling, masonry, concrete works, termite proofing, flooring, plastering, painting, aluminium works, plumbing, and electrical installations. Items being procured: - Dismantling burnt brick masonry - Taking out shutters of doors and windows - Levelling and dressing ground - Excavation for foundation trenches - Cement concrete works in foundations, floors, beams, slabs - Termite proofing - Reinforced cement concrete and steel reinforcement - Brick masonry - Cement plastering - Fibre shed fixing - Iron grills - Concrete pavers - Kitchen cabinets (floor and wall) - Hydraulic door closers and locks - Aluminium sheet fixing - Aluminium sliding windows, swing doors, fixed windows - Glass panes fixing - PVC wall panelling - Glazed tiles flooring and dado - Granite stone tiles flooring - Distempering and painting - Window roll up blinds - Stainless steel pipe railing - Plumbing fixtures including bib cocks, stop cocks, valves, sinks, pipes, gully traps, manholes - Electrical wiring for lights, fans, plug points - Installation of switches, sockets, LED lights, flood lights, emergency exit lights - Ceiling fans, wall bracket fans, exhaust fans - Networking cables and data sockets - LT distribution board - Earthing set The scope covers all civil, sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical works required for the rehabilitation of the admin block at Nawabshah Airport. Bidders must be licensed constructors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above, possess valid FBR NTN, and submit bid security of PKR 200,000. The contract duration is 120 days with a performance guarantee of 5% of contract price. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically before bid opening. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders should carefully review the detailed bidding documents available on EPADS portal. A pre-bid clarification deadline is 20 October 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
