Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6, C-5 or above, and must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and scope within the last three years. Presence in Active Tax Payer List (ATL) and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration is mandatory. Earnest money of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
