Tender Description
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Islamabad is procuring works for the rehabilitation and construction of a boundary wall, installation of CCTV cameras, flood lights, and e-fencing at Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13/1 Islamabad. This tender invites experienced firms and contractors with valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above and relevant electrical codes CE10, EE02, and EE11, along with valid FBR income tax registration.

The technical scope covers civil and electrical works at the Lifestyle Residency Apartments site in Islamabad. Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar projects, providing proof of at least four contracts in the last three years with a minimum contract value of Rs. 15 million each, covering both civil and electrical works related to boundary walls and security installations. A bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of a CDR is required in favor of the Project Director (Lifestyle Residency Apartment G-13), FGEHA.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration until 30-06-2026, FBR registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government department. The tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the FGEHA website and the PPRA and E-PADS portals.
