Rehabilitation and Construction of Additional Carriageway on Faisalabad-Pindi Bhattian Motorway and Improvement and Upgradation of Road from Lodhran to Multan

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Lahore office invites bids for major road infrastructure projects in Punjab, specifically targeting the Faisalabad-Pindi Bhattian Motorway (M-4) and the N-5 road from Lodhran to Multan. The projects require expertise in highway construction, including earthworks, pavement laying, and associated infrastructure. The scale is significant with estimated costs ranging from approximately PKR 2.27 billion to PKR 4.82 billion per package. Eligibility criteria demand valid PEC licenses for the financial year 2025-26 in categories C-A and C-1 with specialization codes CE-01, CE-02, and CE-10. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The deadline for submission of technical e-bids is July 21, 2026, by 1100 hours, with technical bids opening at 1130 hours the same day.
