Rehabilitation and Electrification of Primary and Elementary Schools in Shikarpur District

The Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring rehabilitation and electrification works for eight existing primary and elementary schools located in Shikarpur District. This project includes schools such as GGLSS Wazirabad, GBPS Andal Mahar, GBPS Soomar Goth, GBPS Mehmood Shaikh, GBPS Nawab Pirzado, GBPS Khuda Bux Deenari, GBPS Angan Goth, and GBPS Nangar Shar at Hussain Bux Rajar. The scope covers electrical wiring for light and fan points, plug points, laying of PVC insulated copper conductors, fixing of circuit breakers, switches, ceiling fans, ammeters, voltmeters, and earthing sets. Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and an Electric Inspectorate License for the concerned region. Experience in similar works executed in the last five years is mandatory, with at least one contract of 80% of the estimated cost or two contracts each of 50% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover should not be less than the project cost during the last five years. Bidders must submit a properly sealed envelope with bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and comply with all bidding document requirements. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Electrical Division, located near High Court Building, CMC Road, Larkano. The contract period is 15 months from the date of commencement.
