Rehabilitation of Existing Building at PSO-87 Sindh FS, Karachi Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the Rehabilitation of Existing Building at PSO-87 Sindh FS, Karachi Division. This project involves comprehensive civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works to restore and upgrade the existing kiosk building and associated facilities. Items being procured: - Preparatory works including dismantling of existing roof slab, tiles, sanitary items, electrical wiring, aluminum windows and doors, fiber tanks, plumbing items - Pouring of new RCC roof slab and roof beams with parapet wall masonry - Supply and installation of deformed steel bars and concrete joint treatment - Internal and external plastering works - Block/brick masonry - Complete painting works including distemper, matt finish, weather shield, and enamel paint - Supply and installation of 4" UPVC pipes for roof drainage - Electrical works including wiring, installation of LED lights, fans, switches, sockets, and commissioning - Supply and installation of aluminum composite material (ACM) sheets on elevations - Supply and installation of false ceiling (POP) - Roof screeding and waterproofing including bitumen coating and pea gravel laying - Renovation works including tile work, sanitary and plumbing, drainage, bathroom renovation, doors and windows works - Supply and installation of fiber tanks (2 nos. 500 gallons) - Plumbing works including wash basins, water closets, shower arrangements, pipes, valves, and toilet accessories - Construction of carwash drain channel and steel louvers door for DB room The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and site management as per PSO standards and drawings. The contractor must ensure safety compliance, obtain necessary permissions from local authorities, and coordinate with the Engineer Incharge for approvals and inspections. All dismantled materials like steel bars belong to the contractor, while sanitary and aluminum materials remain PSO property and must be secured for reuse or shifted to PSO stores. Eligibility requires relevant PEC category registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and minimum 5 years of experience for site engineers and 3 years for HSE supervisors. Contractors must submit detailed project schedules, manpower and equipment lists, CVs of key personnel, and samples of materials for approval.
