Tender Description
Municipal Committee Pasrur invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for important civil works in Pasrur city. The procurement is for the rehabilitation of Hasri Bridge at Pasrur-Pasrur Road and the construction of the city entrance at the same road, both located in Pasrur, Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of Hasri Bridge at Pasrur-Pasrur Road (Estimated Cost: Rs. 12.5 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 0.625 Million)
- Construction of City Entrance at Pasrur-Pasrur Road (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.4 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 0.17 Million)
The scope includes detailed civil works as per the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website. Contractors must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility criteria prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Pasrur in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee via the e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
