Tender Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above for the rehabilitation of II-DPC and I-DPC houses located at the Ministry's pool accommodation. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 8.750 million.
Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Clause-36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically responsive bidders. Bids must cover the complete scope of work and be accompanied by a bid security. Submission is through the ePAAS DS online portal with original bid security submitted physically by authorized representatives before the closing date.
