The estimated cost for Package 1 is **PKR 2,328.74 million** and for Package 2 is **PKR 2,294.165 million**. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPAD system by **30th July 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with original call deposits submitted to the Deputy Director (Procurement) at PKHA office, Peshawar.
