The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from qualified Engineering Firms and Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Road from Kalay Pahar at KM No. 33 (Yazman-Maroot Road) to Moujgarh via Januwala, Length: 21.20 KM, District Bahawalpur, ADP No. 956 (2026-27) - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Road from Thandi Khoi at KM No. 43 (Yazman-Maroot Road) to Moujgarh via Mian Nawaz Sharif University Agriculture, Kheer Ser & Shuhada-e-Yaadgar Pakistan Army, Length: 19.70 KM, District Bahawalpur, ADP No. 957 (2026-27) The works involve comprehensive rehabilitation and improvement of the specified road sections in Bahawalpur district. Contractors must quote item rates against each item and total amounts in their financial proposals. Rates quoted above or below the estimated/DNIT cost will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on quoted rates. Bidders are required to attend the tender opening at the office of the Commissioner Bahawalpur on 18.11.2026 at 1300 hours (01:00 PM) where responsive bids will be downloaded and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Submission of fake documents or bid security will lead to disqualification and disciplinary action. Contractors claims for successful work done will be processed electronically through the Digital Measurement Book. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually.
