Rehabilitation of Khawaja Safdar Road, Road & Drains from Sublime Chowk to Gujjar Town, and Service Road & Drain near Sublime Chowk Flyover in Sialkot

District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for important development works in Sialkot. Contractors/firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Khawaja Safdar Road from Rangers Chowk to Grace Marquee, Tehsil Sialkot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 105.60 million) - Rehabilitation of Road & Drains from Sublime Chowk to Gujjar Town, Sialkot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 25.00 million) - Rehabilitation of Service Road & Drain near Sublime Chowk Flyover, Tehsil Sialkot (Estimated Cost: Rs. 65.30 million) The scope includes comprehensive rehabilitation of roads and drainage systems at specified locations in Sialkot, ensuring improved infrastructure and drainage management. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of District Council Sialkot. Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only through a Digital Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760 as per Punjab Procurement Rules. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Bids must be valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance and may increase or decrease the scope/quantity subject to budget availability and applicable rules.
