Rehabilitation of Nahar Kot Dam PSDP #2598 (2026-27)

The Irrigation Division Barkhan invites eligible bidders for the rehabilitation of Nahar Kot Dam under PSDP #2598 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Nahar Kot Dam PSDP #2598 (2026-27) with an estimated cost of PKR 250,000,000. The project involves extensive civil works for dam rehabilitation, requiring experienced contractors with proven capability in similar large-scale irrigation infrastructure projects. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidder must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 175,000,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Tender documents and bidding forms can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The tender fee is PKR 2000 and a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The original CDR must be submitted to the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Barkhan before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the CDR will render the bid non-responsive. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system by 17 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
