Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids for the rehabilitation and renovation of fountains located at the R & S Block of the Pak Secretariat Building Islamabad. This tender is issued by the Mechanical Division-II of CDA and involves civil and mechanical works related to water supply and fountain infrastructure.

- Brick Work in Foundation and Plinth in Ratio 1:3 (1.66 CUM)
- Cement Plaster 1:3 upto 20 feet height, 13mm thick (10.27 SQM)
- Cement Concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing complete (0.32 CUM)
- Providing and fixing heavy duty Gate Valve PN-16 of Crane, Hattersly or approved equivalent (8 Each)
- Repairing of G.I. Rusty/leaking Pipe Line 3 inch dia (1 Job)
- Providing/Fixing of 3 inch dia Split collar (6 Each)
- Providing/Fixing of Fountain Nozzle 2 inch dia, 4.5 inch long (2 Each)
- Repair/Rewinding of 20HP Motor and Pump including bearings, seals, painting, testing (1 Job)
- Painting of Steel Poles, High mast pole, Garden Pole (5 Each)
- Cleaning, Polishing, Finishing of Fountains Pool Marble (9450 SQFT)
The technical scope covers excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, valve installation, pipe repair, motor rewinding, painting, and marble finishing. The site is the Pak Secretariat Building in Islamabad, requiring skilled workmanship and adherence to CDA standards.
