Rehabilitation and Repair Works for Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for various rehabilitation and repair works. The works include rehabilitation of toilet blocks in shops A-50 and C-12 ladies' washroom, repair and cleaning of sewerage lines and manholes, term contracts for white/color washing, distempering and painting of buildings, periodical services work of offices, repair and maintenance of minor works, roof treatment of buildings, main upgradation of GM-MAA office, and replacement of broken tuff pavers on approach road in front of E&8 HQ. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of toilet block in shop A-50 in WW group AA-FY - Rehabilitation of toilet block in shop C-12 ladies' washroom in MAA group in AA-FY - Repair / Replacement / cleaning of sewerage lines and manholes in MAA FY - Term Contract for PS such as white / color washing, distempering and painting of buildings in MAA HQ - Term Contract for periodical services work of offices in AA FY - Term Contract for Repair / Maint and minor works of building in AA-FY - Term Contract for roof treatment of Building in AA-FY - Repair: Main Upgradation of GM-MAA office in AA FY - Repair / Replacement of broken tuff pavers on approach Road in front of E&8 HQ in AA-FY The scope covers civil works and maintenance at the Wah Cantt site. Eligible contractors must have relevant experience, PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, and must submit financial capability documents including bank statements, credit limits, and fixed assets details. Affiliation with professional engineering bodies such as MES, PEC, and SECP is required. Earnest Money and other bid securities should be prepared as per requirements. The deadline for submission is on or before 22 September 2026 at 11:00 hrs, with offers opening at 11:30 hrs the same day at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabta Hall.
