Rehabilitation of Road and Tuff Tiles Hamza Town Ferozepur Road Lahore

The Local Government & Community Development Civil Division Lahore invites tenders for the rehabilitation of road and tuff tiles at Hamza Town, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. The work involves rehabilitation of road surfaces and installation of tuff tiles, ensuring quality and durability suitable for urban infrastructure. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Road - Tuff Tiles installation at Hamza Town, Ferozepur Road, Lahore Contractors registered with Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) having valid PEC License in category C-6 & above and active NTN and PNTN filers are eligible to participate. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally before the deadline. The bids must be submitted online by 16-09-2026 before 09:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub-Division Lahore. The submission must be through uploading PDF files on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal only. No telegraphic or postal bids will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory for the successful bidder. All taxes applicable must be paid by the contractor at the time of payment release.
