Tender Description
The Urban Planning and Development Department Quetta Division Quetta is procuring rehabilitation works for a street located at Killi Ismail Ghaki Shahwani on Sariab Road Quetta. This project involves civil works based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date. The scope includes street rehabilitation which requires experienced contractors familiar with local site conditions and capable of delivering quality civil construction.
Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, including the relevant specialized code. Registration must be current with renewal case deposited for 2025-26. Additionally, firms must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience of completing at least three similar assignments in the last three years is mandatory. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee at 2% and 3% as specified, issued by a scheduled bank.
The tender follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website at www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fees must be deposited in the government treasury under account C-03870 via Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The last date for bid submission is **23/06/2026 at 9:00 am**. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning and Development Department, Zarghoon Road Quetta. Tender opening will be held the same day at 10:30 am at the same office.
