Rehabilitation of Vertical Storage Tank # 203 at KTC With IFC (PMG, Dia: 15.203 M, Height: 13.7 M, 2000 MT)

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi is inviting quotations for the comprehensive rehabilitation of Vertical Storage Tank # 203 located at Keamari Terminal Complex (KTC). This project involves extensive civil, mechanical, coating, painting, testing, calibration, and supply works to restore and upgrade the tank and associated piping systems. Items being procured: - Civil works including dismantling asphalt carpet, excavation, concrete laying, cement plaster, waterproofing, and installation of deformed steel reinforcement - Mechanical works such as cutting/removal of steel structures, fabrication, pit build-up, weld seam repair, scaffolding, and installation of stainless steel mesh - Engineering consultancy services for design and inspection as per API-650 and API-653 standards - Installation and commissioning of Aluminium Internal Floating Cover (IFC) with negotiating devices - Tank coating and painting including grit blasting, epoxy application, and stenciling - Testing and calibration services including vacuum box testing, hydrostatic testing, leak testing, radiographic and dye penetrant testing - Extensive pipeline mechanical works including cutting, removal, shifting, placing, welding, bolting/unbolting of flanged joints, installation/removal of valves, and hydrostatic testing - Supply of carbon steel pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, sockets, pressure relief valves, elbows, tees, steel structures, deformed steel bars, sprinklers, dip hatch covers, foam pourer, and negotiating devices - Supply and installation of finished/pre-fabricated Aluminium Internal Floating Cover with all necessary accessories The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services required for the complete rehabilitation and upgrade of the tank and its piping system at PSO Keamari Terminal. All works must comply with relevant API standards, PSO specifications, and safety requirements. Contractors must ensure quality control including cube testing, welding procedure qualifications, and inspection certifications. Delivery of all supply items should be at site including loading, unloading, and transportation.
