Rehabilitation and Water Proofing of ASF Underground Bunkers at Airside IIAP, Islamabad

The Islamabad International Airport under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation and Water Proofing of ASF Underground Bunkers at Airside IIAP, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Levelling and dressing the ground by cutting and filling earth up to 6 inches depth - Dismantling lime or cement concrete in foundation or under floor basement - Excavation for foundation trenches and drains - Taking out door and window shutters and frames - Providing damp proof course with cement plaster mixed with waterproofing agent - Applying bitumen emulsion coat on walls and floors - Laying double layer polythene sheet under floors for waterproofing - Providing and fixing M.S. moulded steel door frames - Providing and fixing PVC/UPVC door shutters - Providing and fixing double glazed anodized aluminium sliding windows - Painting iron work with enamel paint - Distempering walls and ceilings with vinyl distemper - Providing and fixing fiber sheds - Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation, basement, and plinth - Laying cement concrete floors - Repainting with weather shield paint - Plastering damaged portions The scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation and waterproofing works as per specifications. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC license with a minimum C-5 category in relevant specialization (CE-01 and CE-10), valid income tax and professional tax registration, and demonstrate experience with at least one completed waterproofing project in the last five years. Bidders must also submit affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status and provide a power of attorney if applicable.
