Tender Description
The Highway Division Dera Ghazi Khan invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the rehabilitation, widening, and improvement of the metalled road from 8 km to 70 km, Jampur to Civil Hospital Sakhi Sarwar, Dera Ghazi Khan. This project is being executed under Own Source Revenue (OSR) for the financial year 2026-27. The work is to be completed within a period of six months from the date of commencement.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation, widening, and improvement of metalled road (8 km to 70 km) Jampur to Civil Hospital Sakhi Sarwar, Dera Ghazi Khan (Completion period: 06 months, Estimated cost: Rs. 70,604,000)
The technical scope includes extensive road rehabilitation, structural improvements, and widening to ensure safe and efficient transportation. All intending contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-tendering portal. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division D.G. Khan. Only digital submissions through the Punjab Procurement System are accepted; no manual or physical bids will be entertained.
The deadline for submission of bids is 19.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the tender committee and participating bidders. All relevant documents, including PEC registration, FBR/ATL certificates, and experience details, must be uploaded as per the instructions in the bidding documents.
