Relocation of Tower No. 16 (Type: EA) of 220kV Double Circuit Twin Bundle Transmission Line

The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) invites bids for the relocation of Tower No. 16 (Type: EA) of the 220kV Double Circuit (Nowshera-Mardan and Chakdara – Shahibagh) Twin Bundle Transmission Line at Dera Zhardar, District Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is managed by the 500 KV T/L(M) Manager Asset Management Circle NGCP-North Peshawar. The project involves comprehensive civil and mechanical works at a remote site located at Kheshgi Payan, Dheri Zardad, District Charsadda. Items being procured: - Clearing Right of Way & Mobilization/Demobilization (1 Job) - Providing and Casting in situ bored RCC piles (112 Meters) - Supplying & fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC piles (9619.1 Kg) - Reinforcement cement concrete work using coarse sand (10.7 Cum) - Supplying & fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC beam columns & pile caps (1274.9 Kg) - Cement (520 Bags) - Dismantling of existing 220kV TLine (double circuit, twin bundled) including insulators, conductor, ground wire, dampers and accessories (0.7 Km) - Dismantling of existing double circuit 220kV Tower (EA+0+2) including accessories (1 Tower) - Transportation and installation of 220kV Double circuit Tower (EA+0+6) with accessories (1 Tower) - Welding of erected tower bolts and nuts after final inspection - Transportation and installation/stringing of ACSR Rail Conductor (twin bundled, double circuit, 0.7 km span) - Transportation and installation of shield wire (0.7 km) - Testing and Commissioning of 220kV TLine (Re-routed Section) and OPGW as per NTDC/NGC approved specifications The technical scope includes clearing the right of way, mobilization and demobilization of labor and equipment, construction of new pile foundations with RCC bored piles, reinforcement fabrication and concrete works, dismantling and transportation of existing towers and conductors, erection of new towers, stringing of conductors and shield wires, and final testing and commissioning. All works must comply with NTDC/WAPDA standards and specifications. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories (minimum C-6, CE-10, EE-05), registered on the Active Taxpayers List, and not blacklisted by any government or donor agency.
