Tender Description
National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) Limited invites bids for the relocation of Tower No. 16 (Type: EA) of the 220kV double circuit (Nowshera - Mardan & Chakdara - Shahibagh) twin bundled transmission line at Deri Zhardad, District Charsada under TL M Division NGC Peshawar. The scope of works includes construction of new pile foundation, dismantling of existing tower, conductor and allied hardware, transportation and erection of new tower, welding of tower bolts and nuts, and stringing of ACSR Rail conductor and OPGW Shield wire over a 0.7 km span.

This project is managed by the National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) in Peshawar. Eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category are invited to submit bids under the PEC Single Stage - Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure on EPADS V2.0 and PPRA. Bidders must provide a bid security of not less than 2% of the estimated amount in PKR, refundable, in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
All bids shall be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) V2.0 by 20-08-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders. Original bid security documents must be submitted in original to the office of Senior Manager TL M Division NGC Peshawar before 11:00 a.m. on 20-08-2026. No bids other than those submitted via EPADS will be accepted.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of Senior Manager TL M Division NGC, 500kV Grid Station Sheikh Muhammadi, Badaber, Peshawar. The Deputy Manager TL M Division NGC Peshawar will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with bid preparation. If a public holiday is announced on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
