Tender Description
The Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA), located in Islamabad, is procuring the renewal of Adobe Acrobat Pro software subscription for a period of one year starting from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. This procurement is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted access to Adobe Acrobat Pro for the Authority's operational needs.
The scope of this procurement includes the renewal of 12 licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro software. Bidders are required to submit sealed technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes, both enclosed in a single outer envelope. The proposals must be submitted electronically on the EPADs portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and physically at the STZA office by 25th May 2026 at 1200 hrs. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1230 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). An earnest money deposit of Rs. 52,000 in the form of a Pay Order is required to be submitted with the technical proposal. Bidders should also provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted and that all submitted documents are authentic.
The bid validity period is 180 days. The submission address is Manager Procurement, Special Technology Zones Authority, 16th Floor, New State Life Tower, Plot # 61, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad.
