Renewal of Bank's Group Health Insurance Policy (2026-2027)

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the renewal of its Group Health Insurance Policy for the year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Renewal of Bank's Group Health Insurance Policy (2026-2027) Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 08-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later at a date/time to be announced. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be paid or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID number on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender notice is also uploaded on the websites of PPRA, BOP, and Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
