Renewal of Email Communication Software (Zimbra Network Edition) Licenses

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring the renewal of Email Communication Software licenses specifically for the Zimbra Network Edition. Items being procured: - Renewal of Three Years Zimbra Collaboration Suite - 1600 users with Premier Support - Subscription of Three Years Licenses of Zimbra Collaboration Suite - 250 users Professional Edition including Premier Support The technical scope includes installation and deployment of the software on all servers, ensuring smooth and error-free operation, and providing 24/7 support including public holidays. The solution must include anti-spam and anti-virus protection, secure mail transport (TLS), backup and restore capabilities, SMTP gateway support, and both classic and modern responsive interfaces. The bidder is responsible for software upgrades, patch management, training IT support staff, and resolving issues within four hours. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have an operational office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, valid FBR registration, relevant experience with Zimbra email solutions, OEM authorization, and compliance with Pakistan Security Standards.
