Renewal of Firewall, Endpoint Detection, and SSL Certificate Licenses at National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the renewal of critical IT security licenses. This procurement is aimed at ensuring continued protection and security of the university's IT infrastructure in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Firewall (WAF) - Sangfor - End Point Detection Response (EDR) - Sangfor - Firewall - Fortinet - SSL Certificates - DigiCert The scope includes renewal of licenses for firewall and endpoint detection systems from Sangfor and Fortinet, as well as SSL certificates from DigiCert. These licenses are essential for maintaining network security, data integrity, and secure communications across the university's digital platforms. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered with GST and must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amount as specified in the tender documents via Bank Draft or Pay Order. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS, while the original must be submitted physically along with the sealed proposals. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned. The submission deadline is on 8th October 2026 till 1100 Hrs, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of bidders.
