Renewal of Netbackup Solution and Support Services for Three Years for DGIP Islamabad

The Directorate General Immigration and Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites bids for the renewal of Netbackup solution and support services for a period of three years at its headquarters in Sector G-8/1, Islamabad. This procurement covers comprehensive on-site support, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, product patching, and 24/7/365 support to ensure uninterrupted and smooth functioning of the Netbackup solution. The successful bidder will provide training and certification for three local personnel on backup and recovery products. The scope includes maintaining equipment in fully operational condition with quarterly preventive maintenance visits and emergency support as required. The contract also covers software license delivery, installation, activation, and acceptance, valid for three years from installation. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). They should have at least five years of experience supplying related IT products, with a minimum of three completed IT equipment supply/install/support contracts for government or semi-government entities. Financial soundness with a minimum credit amount of PKR 30 million is required. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 837,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or similar instrument. The deadline for bid submission is on or before 03:00 PM on June 29, 2026, with electronic bids submitted through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A hard copy of the technical proposal and original bid security must also be delivered physically to DGIP headquarters before the deadline. The technical proposal must be signed, stamped, and paginated.
