Renewal of SLA Support Services Contract for IT Hardware Equipment at FBR Data Centers Islamabad and Karachi

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites bids for the Renewal of SLA Support Services Contract for IT Hardware Equipment deployed at FBR Data Centers located in Islamabad and Karachi. This procurement covers comprehensive support and maintenance services for critical network equipment, storage area networks, rack mount servers, and related hardware components. The contract includes warranty, support services, and parts replacement for Huawei network equipment, SAN & rack mount servers, Dell EMC storage area network and servers, and Exadata components. Items being procured: - SLA for Huawei Network Equipment including TOR Huawei CE6870-48T6CQ-EI (4 units), Media Switches Huawei CE6856-48T6Q-HI (2 units), Huawei Firewalls USG6680/USG6650 (2 units each), Huawei Core Switch CE12800S (2 units), Huawei USG6655E NGFW (2 units), Huawei USG6615E NGFW (2 units), Huawei USG6635E NGFW (2 units), Huawei USG6620 NGFW (2 units), Huawei Cloud Engine CE6810-32T16S4Q-LI (2 units), Huawei CE6881-48T6CQ Switch (6 units), Huawei CE16804 Switch (2 units), Huawei S5732 Switch (2 units) - Delivery of Huawei OceanStor components including HDD SAS 1.2 TB (4 units), HDD SSD 3.8 TB (4 units), OceanStor 5500/5600 V5 HDD NLSAS 4TB (2 units each at Islamabad and Karachi), OceanStor 2600 V3 drives (1.2 TB SAS and 900 GB SSD, 2 units each) - Delivery of Huawei Server 2488 V5 components (Power Supply, 2 units) - Delivery of VTL Tape Library components (Power Supply and Tape Drive for IBM TS 4300, 1 unit each) - SLA for Dell Rack Mount Servers PowerEdge R940 (10 units) and delivery of Dell EMC Unity 400 components (EMC 1.2 TB 2.5 inch 10k 12G SSD Drive, 5 units) - Delivery of Exadata X8 Disk Drive Assemblies (1.2TB 10000 RPM SAS-3, 3 units; 14TB 7200 RPM SAS-3, 4 units) The scope includes onsite comprehensive AMC and management of all hardware components including replacement of spares and parts as necessary during the contract period. Support services include fault reproduction, defect tracking, escalation matrix, and renewal of licenses and subscriptions. Certified OEM engineers with minimum 5 years experience will provide support with onsite response within 4 hours of issue reporting. Replacement of faulty components is required within 24-48 hours with backup equipment provided if delays occur. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized OEM partners with valid registrations, active taxpayer status, and no blacklisting. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **September 25, 2026 03:00 PM**. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per bidding documents. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
