Renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) for Server Quantity 15 and Client Quantity 8 at Bahria University E-8 Islamabad

Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) licenses and technical support services for its BUHO campus located in E-8, Islamabad. This procurement covers renewal for 15 server licenses and 8 client licenses. Items being procured:\n- Renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) for Server Quantity 15\n- Renewal of License for Client Quantity 8\nThe scope includes provision of technical support or help desk services for the specified quantities. Bidders must have at least two Sophos certified engineers, provide manufacturer authorization certificates, and be official partners of Sophos. The contract will be awarded based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with a 50% weightage on technical and 50% on financial evaluation. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 115,000 in the form of a pay order. The bidding documents and clarifications are available on EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 30, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
