Renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) for Server Quantity 15 and Client Quantity 8

Bahria University Head Office Islamabad invites sealed bids for the renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) specifically for Server Quantity 15 and Client Quantity 8. This procurement is for BUHO E-8 Islamabad and is open to GST registered firms and suppliers. Items being procured: - Renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) for Server Quantity 15 - Renewal of Sophos Central Managed Detection and Response (XDR & MDR Advance) for Client Quantity 8 The firm must have at least two Sophos certified engineers with certificates attached. Manufacture authorization certificate for the project and partnership certification with Sophos are mandatory. The bidding documents detailing specifications and scope of work can be downloaded from E-PADS or obtained by submitting a written application on the firm's letterhead quoting the tender number. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be deposited via Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad at the Office of AD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1600 hrs except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Sealed bids must reach by or before 30 September 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Office of AD Procurement. Hard copies of uploaded documents and original bid security must be deposited before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bid security of Rs. 115,000/- must be submitted in shape of Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad.
