Renewal of ThreatHawk SIEM Solution and Support Services for One Year

The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) Islamabad invites bids for the Renewal of ThreatHawk SIEM Solution and Support Services for One Year under the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for the renewal of the existing SIEM solution license and associated support services to ensure continuous cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection at the NatCat Data Center. The SIEM solution provides centralized visibility of security events, real-time monitoring, alerts, reporting, threat detection, compliance monitoring, and incident investigation. Items being procured: - Renewal of ThreatHawk SIEM Solution License for one year - Support Services for the SIEM solution for one year The scope includes compliance with detailed technical and functional requirements such as instant search, raw logs for advanced searching, remote agent deployment, compliance modules (NIST, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO, SOC 2, ADSIC, CIS, NESA), threat intelligence integrations, customizable dashboards, automated reporting, vulnerability detection, and advanced correlation capabilities. The solution must support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployment with integration to AWS, GCP, and Azure. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have ATL status, demonstrate experience in deploying recognized security solutions, provide manufacturer authority letters, and have local presence in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on September 3, 2026, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft is required. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements and submit original bid security to the Manager Procurement at NDRMF, 5th Floor, EOBI House, G-10/4, Islamabad. The contract includes a one-year after-sales support period with retention money held as performance security. Technical compliance and price schedules are part of the submission.
