Renovation, Beautification, Repair and Maintenance Works at Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad has allocated funds for the procurement of various construction services planned during the financial year 2026/27. The university intends that part of the proceeds of these funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contracts resulting from the following respective procurement activities. Items being procured: - Renovation & Upgradation of Cat-D Blocks of Residential Colony at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad - Beautification of Oval Lawn at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad - Repair & Maintenance and other Allied Works of ORIC Building at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad - Repair & Maintenance of Water Filtration Plants at AIOU, Islamabad - Roof Treatment of Various Blocks at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad - Renovation & Maintenance of Central Mosque at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad These works involve renovation, beautification, repair, and maintenance of various university facilities including residential blocks, lawns, ORIC building, water filtration plants, roofs, and the central mosque. The scope covers civil construction and allied works at the main campus in Islamabad. Eligible bidders should comply with PEC Codes CE10/C5 (11) and Category C-4 or C-6 as specified for each activity. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money or Bid Security in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS V2.0) by the specified deadlines. The bid submission deadlines are 23-09-2026 at 1030 hours for the first activity and 24-09-2026 at 1030 hours for the remaining activities. Bids will be opened on the same days at 1100 hours respectively at the Meeting Room, New ICT Building, AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
