Renovation, Civil Works and Fabrication of Iron Racks in FBISE Premises Islamabad

The Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (FBISE) located at H-8/4, Islamabad (Estate) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation, Civil Works and Fabrication of Iron Racks at its premises in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P85504. The scope includes comprehensive renovation and civil works of the Archive Block, involving dismantling, brick masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, wooden wall paneling, and furnishing. Additionally, fabrication and installation of fixed and moveable iron racks are required, with detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Renovation/Civil works of Archive Block including dismantling of concrete and brickwork, plastering, painting, ceramic and floor tiles, false ceiling, wooden wall paneling, MDF almirah, SMD lights, ceiling fans, workstations, wooden almirah and racks, wooden polish, sofa cushioning, and center table - Fabrication of Iron Racks: 3100 sqft fixed iron racks and 15 moveable iron racks with specified dimensions and quality enamel paint The technical scope demands high-quality materials and workmanship, including use of first-class burnt bricks, cement mortar, imported gypsum sheets, and approved paint brands. The iron racks must be fabricated with specified gauge iron sheets and pipes, painted with best quality enamel paint, and installed under supervision. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant civil categories, possess valid FBR registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money in the form of Pay Order is required, refundable after three months of successful completion. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
