Renovation and Construction Works at FIA Headquarters and Global Interpol Academy, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through Procurement & Contract Agreement-I, invites electronic bids from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council registered bidders for civil and building works at Federal Investigation Agency facilities in Islamabad. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under the applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related instructions. Mandatory works list: Sr (i), renovation and revamping of the Main Block at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad; Sr (ii), construction of the Counter Terrorism Wing at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad; Sr (iii), construction of a cafeteria at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad; Sr (iv), revamping of the Global Interpol Academy at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad; and Sr (v), construction of additional rooms on the ground, first, second and third floors of the Main Block and Wings Block, together with uplifting of the Main Block and Academy Block at FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC and registered on EPADS v2.0. Detailed bidding documents contain the technical specifications, scope, conditions, qualification requirements and bid security particulars. Each bid must include bid security for the specified amount in the relevant bidding document, submitted through Pay Order or Call Deposit.
