Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for a series of major renovation and construction works at the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Headquarters in Islamabad. This opportunity is open to firms with relevant experience in civil works, particularly those familiar with government and security sector infrastructure projects.
Items being procured:
- Renovation / Revamping of Main Block at FIA Headquarter, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad
- Construction of Counter Terrorism Wing at FIA Headquarter, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad
- Construction of Cafeteria at FIA HQ at Sector G-9/4, Islamabad
- Revamping of Global Interpol Academy at FIA Headquarter, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad
- Construction of Additional Rooms on Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor of Main Block and Wings Block, Uplifting of Main Block and Academy Block at FIA Headquarter, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad
The technical scope covers comprehensive civil works including structural renovation, new construction, interior finishing, and specialized facility upgrades for sensitive government operations. All works are to be executed at the FIA Headquarters complex in Islamabad, with strict adherence to security protocols and quality standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and possess valid documentation as per the bidding requirements. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Call at Deposit is mandatory, as specified in the bidding documents.
