Renovation and French Moulding Works at Karachi Airport Into Plane Facility and SSH-B Depot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the following tenders at Karachi Airport and SSH-B Depot. Items being procured: - Renovation of executive washrooms of Into Plane building of Karachi Airport - French moulding works at Karachi Airport Into-Plane facility - Renovation and refurbishment of Accounts Washroom and Control Room at SSH-B Depot The scope includes renovation and refurbishment works involving civil and finishing tasks at the specified airport facilities. Contractors must have relevant experience in similar airport or commercial building renovations and must be registered with PEC and FBR with a clean ATL status. Earnest money and bid security as per PSO requirements must be submitted. Tender documents can be collected from 05 October 2026 till 21 October 2026 through SAP Ariba portal only. Bids must be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba by 21 October 2026 at 02:15 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM onwards. Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender documents on the Ariba Discovery link and ensure timely submission. Late bids will not be entertained. This is a competitive bidding process under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
