Renovation of Kitchen at G-11/3 Islamabad by Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA)

The Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) invites sealed bids for the Renovation of Kitchen at G-11/3 Islamabad under contract reference P72895. This procurement covers civil works, electrical works, and supply and installation of kitchen appliances. The project includes dismantling existing kitchen floor tiles, wall tiles, skirting, cabinets, and granite counters, followed by providing and laying plain cement concrete, painting walls and ceilings with approved plastic emulsion paint, and fixing glazed porcelain tiles on walls. The scope further includes fabrication and installation of floor-mounted, wall-mounted, and kitchen cabinets made of approved MDF with high gloss tactile sheets, supply and fixing of granite slabs on kitchen counters, and installation of stainless steel kitchen sinks with associated plumbing fixtures such as kitchen sink mixers, ablution mixer taps, wash basin mixers, tee cocks, stop cocks, and floor drains. Electrical works include supply and installation of power plugs, main switch boards, metal body exhaust fans, and commissioning of a 900mm wide free-standing cooking range with 5 gas burners and electric convection oven, as well as a wall-mounted chimney hood with multi-speed fan control and LED lights. The defect liability period is six months. Items being procured: - Dismantling of kitchen floor tiles, wall tiles, and skirting - Dismantling of cabinets and granite counters - Plain cement concrete works - Two coats of plastic emulsion paint on walls and ceilings - Glazed porcelain tiles on walls - Floor-mounted kitchen cabinets (115 sq ft) - Wall-mounted kitchen cabinets (60 sq ft) - Kitchen cabinets up to 7 ft height (42 sq ft) - Granite slab installation (70 sq ft) - Stainless steel kitchen sinks (2 units) - Kitchen sink mixer taps, ablution mixer taps, wash basin mixer taps - Tee cocks / stop cocks (6 units) - Stainless steel floor drains (3 units) - PPR pipes for hot and cold water (50 ft) - Power plugs / light plugs (8 units) - Main switch boards (3 units) - Metal body exhaust fan (12" diameter) - 900mm wide free-standing cooking range with 5 gas burners - 900mm wide wall-mounted chimney hood The technical scope requires high-quality materials such as MDF with tactile sheets, premium granite slabs, porcelain tiles, and approved brands for plumbing and electrical fixtures. The site is located in Islamabad, and all works must comply with the specifications and approvals by the Engineer. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR, and hold relevant licenses. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on August 21, 2026, with the bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
