Renovation of NTC Office Building by National Tariff Commission (Ministry of Commerce) Islamabad

The National Tariff Commission (Ministry of Commerce) Islamabad invites experienced and eligible bidders for the Renovation of NTC Office Building located at 4th Floor, State Life Building No. 5, Jinnah Avenue, F6/4, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P85612. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Bidders must have PEC category C4 or above, demonstrate financial capacity, and provide evidence of successful completion of similar works. Bid security of PKR 814,284 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 27 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to inspect the site before bidding.
