Tender Description
The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites bids for the renovation and partition of the Admin Store located on the 3rd Floor of the NICL Building in Karachi. This procurement is under the department of National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) and is specific to Karachi city in Sindh province. The project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works to upgrade the admin store area.

The technical scope includes dismantling existing structures where necessary, installation of gypsum board, glass and aluminum partitions, civil works, flooring repairs, false ceiling modifications, painting, electrical and data point shifting, door installation, and all allied finishing works. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete the work as per specifications and to the satisfaction of NICL.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have an office in Karachi, at least 5 years of experience, successful completion of three similar jobs, active taxpayer status on FBR, and a mandatory site visit certificate. PEC category and FBR/ATL registration are essential.
The bid submission deadline is **Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM** through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
