Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Darsamand Branch (1661) KPK Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP IBB Darsamand Branch (1661) located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically by the deadline of Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, grills, ventilators, glass work, electrical and plumbing fixtures, debris disposal, and handing over iron and wooden items to bank authority - Removal and relocation of existing cash safe, fire extinguisher/alarm, and movable equipment with restoration after strong room completion - Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) 3000 PSI walls - Installation of GI pipes for ventilation in strong room walls - Supply and fixing of Grade 60 steel reinforcement bars - Plaster work with 12mm thickness - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion paint and three coats of deluxe distemper - Porcelain tile flooring 1200mm x 600mm - Plain cement concrete (PCC) underfloor 75mm thick - Wooden filling cabinets low and full height - Supply and installation of wooden doors and standard strong room door with fireproof and security features - Electrical wiring including PVC conduit, switch sockets, LED tube lights, and wall bracket fans The scope covers complete renovation and refurbishment of the branch premises as per detailed specifications and drawings. Eligible bidders must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. They must be registered with FBR, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and hold valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders must also submit bid security or bid securing declaration as per bidding documents. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement. Bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The estimated cost of the works is Rs. 1,920,600. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all eligibility and qualification criteria. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS portal and attend the pre-bid meeting if scheduled. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS only. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
