Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB E-11 Markaz Branch (2170) Islamabad FEDC Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB E-11 Markaz Branch (2170) located in Islamabad FEDC Region. The dismantled materials are to be stacked within the bank premises as per instructions and debris disposed outside municipal limits. Reinforced cement concrete works (3000 PSI) for walls, beams, lintels, shelves, and slabs; steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars; plaster works of varying thickness; PCC underfloor and flooring works; granite and porcelain tile installation; tempered frameless glass doors; wooden doors and cabinets; internal and external painting; false ceilings; cornices; roller blinds; cleaning of aluminum composite material; wooden wall and column cladding; installation of imported door machines and wooden hanging beams; logo/theme wall fabrication; supply and installation of a standard strong room door; plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., hand sprays, and accessories; and electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, LED panel lights, fans, and switch socket outlets are included. The contract duration is 45 days with a bid validity of 359 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with PEC category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. They must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not entertained.
