Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Barhing Branch (1671) AK FEDC Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP IBB Barhing Branch (1671) AK FEDC Region located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling and relocation of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills - Reinforcement cement concrete 3000 PSI for RCC walls of vault - Supply and installation of Grade 60 steel reinforcement deformed bars - Supply and installation of standard strong room door with fireproof materials and triple control locking system - Plaster work with 12mm thickness - Porcelain tiles for toilet walls and floors - Vanity counter with 19mm thick pre-polished cherry pink granite - Wooden doors and partitions - Internal paint works with plastic emulsion paint - False ceiling with 7.5mm thick lamination gypsum tiles - Synthetic fibre roller blinds - Graffiato paint on front elevation - PVC wall panelling - Teller cash counter with MDF and corian top - Wooden drawer units with central locking - Roof screeding with waterproofing agents - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style WC, hand spray, wash basin, kitchen sink, and toilet accessories - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets - Supply and installation of LED downlights, fans, exhaust fan, and power sockets The scope covers complete renovation and refurbishment as per detailed BOQs and technical specifications. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
