Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites bids for the renovation and refurbishment of the newly opened NBP AIB Sai Dak Branch located in Quetta, Sindh and Balochistan region. This procurement is managed by the South Procurement Division at NBP Head Office Karachi. The project involves comprehensive civil, electrical, and furnishing works to upgrade the branch facilities to modern standards.

- Logo/Theme Wall with oak veneer chipboard

- Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, data/voice/TV wiring

The technical scope includes detailed carpentry works with termite proof wood, electrical wiring with high quality cables and fittings, installation of LED lighting and exhaust fans, and supply and installation of office furniture made of oak veneer and MDF with high quality finishes. The electrical works include circuit wiring, switch socket outlets, data and voice wiring, and installation of distribution boards and lighting fixtures.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, have active status on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Provincial Revenue Board, and not be blacklisted. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 115,000 in the form of pay order or banker's cheque.
Key dates include the bid submission deadline on August 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained. The contract duration is 90 days from commencement.
Bidders are advised to carefully examine the site and bidding documents, attend pre-bid meetings if scheduled, and ensure timely submission of all required documents including bid security.
