Renovation of Science Laboratories in Educational Institutions of FDE Islamabad

The Federal Directorate of Education, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Islamabad invites qualified contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) to submit bids for the renovation of science laboratories in educational institutions under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) Islamabad. This procurement is conducted through the e-PADS electronic bidding system. Items being procured: - Renovation of Science Laboratories in Educational Institutions of FDE, Islamabad The scope includes comprehensive renovation works for science laboratories, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Contractors must submit bids via the e-PADS portal by the specified deadline. The bid security amount is Rs. 10,000,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank, favoring the Director (P&D), Federal Directorate of Education. Manual submission without e-PADS is not allowed. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with PEC in the appropriate category and hold a valid PEC license for the works. Bidders must also submit a technical and financial proposal as per the RFP instructions.
