Renovation and Up-Gradation of Supreme Court of Pakistan Building Islamabad (Establishment of Call Centre at Public Facilitation Centre)

The Supreme Court of Pakistan invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for the renovation and up-gradation of the Supreme Court building located at Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. The contractor is responsible for completing the renovation and up-gradation works within 60 days from the issuance of the work order. The project demands adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and timely delivery. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered companies or firms in Pakistan with at least 3 years of relevant experience, valid GST and NTN registration, and no blacklisting history. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on August 20, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
