Renovation and Upgradation of Al-Noor Mosque, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and pre-qualified contractors for the Renovation and Upgradation of Al-Noor Mosque located at Constitution Avenue, Sector G-5, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P85933. The site is located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and provide evidence of FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Experience of similar repair and renovation works within the last five years with satisfactory completion certificates is mandatory. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee as per contract terms.
