Tender Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works involving the Renovation and Upgradation of Al-Noor Mosque located within the Ministry premises in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the mosque's facilities and infrastructure to meet modern standards.
Items being procured:
- Renovation and Upgradation works of Al-Noor Mosque
The scope includes comprehensive civil works to restore and upgrade the mosque structure, ensuring quality materials and workmanship in line with the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications and conditions outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee as specified. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by or before Monday, August 31, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
