Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the renovation and upgradation of corridors and rooms at PTV News, World and Pakistan TV in Islamabad under the Pakistan Television Corporation. The scope includes fixing 12mm glass doors with accessories, mosaic art work, CNC woodwork, digital boards, and furniture installation across multiple rooms and corridors. The work demands precision in interior finishing and electrical fittings, ensuring aesthetic and functional upgrades in the PTV headquarters.
The project site is located at the Federal TV Complex in Islamabad, requiring contractors to manage materials like MDF wooden sheets, PVC panels, and digital media cutouts. The engineering challenge lies in integrating modern design elements such as Korean Pana flex matt boards and LED lighting with traditional craftsmanship, all while maintaining operational continuity at the site.
Bidders must hold a PEC Category C-5 license and be registered with FBR and ATL for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of earnest money via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 867,800. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes, with strict adherence to the tender conditions including a 120-day validity period and submission of NTN and GST certificates.
The submission deadline is set for 1st April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the PTV Headquarters Office, Room No. 217, 2nd Floor, Block No. 1, Islamabad. Only technically qualified bidders will be invited for financial bid opening.
