Renovation and Upgradation of Server Room Including Civil, Electrical, Networking, and Structured Cabling Works

The Power Planning And Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites sealed bids for the Renovation and Upgradation of the Server Room located at Office # 112, 1st Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, F-5/1, Agha Khan Road, Islamabad. This procurement covers comprehensive civil, electrical, networking, and structured cabling works to upgrade the server room and associated areas including the Network Operations Center (NOC) and IT rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing wooden and vinyl flooring - Removal of low-height counters, racks, and wooden partitions - Removal of gypsum board false ceiling - Brick masonry and cement sand plaster works - Supply and fixing of porcelain tiles - Installation of UL certified fire-rated doors and aluminum glazed doors - Internal and external painting - Office furniture including visitor chairs, tables, and sofa set - Structured cabling including Cat-06 UTP cables, face plates, back boxes, patch panels, cable managers, patch cords, and ducts - Laying, tagging, and testing of cables - CCTV installation and configuration with Hikvision cameras and NVR - Fiber optic cable laying, splicing, and testing - Supply and installation of network equipment including switches, SFP transceivers, UPS, and data racks - Supply, installation, and configuration of one customized high-performance desktop workstation with GPU and 27-inch 4K UHD display The technical scope includes dismantling existing infrastructure, civil renovation, installation of fire-rated doors, painting, and furnishing. Networking works cover structured cabling, fiber backbone installation, CCTV setup, and active networking equipment deployment. The workstation supplied must meet specified high-performance computing standards with OEM warranty. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of 3 years experience in IT, networking, and data center civil works, valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and provide bid security of Rs. 400,000.
